Delivery and returns
Who ships, who pays, how long it takes, and what can be sent back.
How the parcel travels
The seller chooses, when publishing, how the item can be delivered: by courier to an address, to a pickup point, or handed over in person. You choose among their options at checkout. After payment, the seller has 3 working days to generate the waybill and hand over the parcel.
From the moment the waybill exists, you can see where the parcel is from the order page. The status comes from the courier, not from the seller.
Who pays for delivery
The buyer, and the amount is shown in the summary before payment. The price depends on the parcel's weight and the route, and is computed from the courier's tariffs, not estimated.
With in-person handover there is no delivery cost. Confirmation is done with a code the seller shows you at the meeting.
Returns
Between two private individuals the law gives no right of return: it's a sale between persons, not a shop. You can still ask, and if the seller agrees, you arrange it in the conversation.
With professional sellers it's different: you have 14 days to return, without giving a reason. Their listings are marked as such, and the full conditions are in the Return policy.
If the item isn't as described, that's not a return — it's a claim, and it's handled differently. See Buyer protection.
