Buy2Sell
Buyer protection
What the fee you pay on every order covers, and what it does not.
What it means, concretely
Your money does not reach the seller the moment you pay. It sits in a platform account — escrow — and moves on only after you confirm you received what you should. If you neither confirm nor complain, it moves on by itself after the claim window.
- The parcel never arrives — you get your money back.
- You receive something other than the listing described — you open a claim, and if it stands, you get your money back.
- The item is broken though the listing said otherwise — same.
- The seller doesn't ship in time — the order is cancelled and the money returns.
What it does NOT cover
- You changed your mind. Protection is not a right of return — that's separate, and you only have it with professional sellers.
- You paid outside the platform. If you sent money by transfer, by app or on delivery outside the order, we cannot step in: we never held that money.
- The item is exactly as described, but you don't like it.
- You confirmed delivery and only then opened the parcel.
The rule that holds it all up: pay through the order. A seller who insists you settle it „simpler, directly” is asking you to give up your protection.
What it costs
3% of the item price, plus 3 lei. It's added in the order summary, separate from price and delivery, so you see exactly what you pay for.
